I am also a substitute school teacher and have always been interested in teaching. My children's book "The Unhappy Little Dragon, Lessons Begin" is a story about a young dragon named Happy who constantly loses control of his fire.  I'm hoping this book is a lot of fun to read, and in addition to that, I wrote the story to inspire children that face challenges and help them understand their talents and gifts. The story is meant to teach them that with patience and a bit of work, most challenges can be overcome.This is book one in my children's book series "Happy, the Unhappy Little Dragon"

 My compilation of  my children's stories in rhyme  titled "The Bedtime for the Sky and other Sleepy Bye Stories" is available as an ebook as well as in print and I am currently working on the conclusion of The Unhappy Litlte Dragon book which will include the first book and will conclude his journey. My illustrator Leslie Mathis has illustrated all of my children's books and is a very talented artist. I am currently working on more books in that series and another book of children's storeis in rhyme. I love writing for children!
