Phenessa A. Gray-Jones wears many hats (woman, mother, daughter, friend, model, actress, leader, visionary, artist, poetess, author, instrument of God, and change catalyst). Her educational background includes earning a bachelor's degree (BA) in English Literature from Florida State University; a master of science in library services (MSLS) from Clark Atlanta University; Biblical Counseling Diploma from the American Association of Christian Counselors; and currently pursuing a doctoral degree (PhD) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Phenessa has worked in various aspects of leadership including academic, corporate, government, and non-profit settings and fully understands the stresses of work-life balance and the undeniable need for God's grace and mercy in circumstances. She is the owner of Bodacious Women LLC, a company that serves the professional and personal enrichment needs of women. Residing in Northeast Florida, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
