I was born and raised in Queens, New York with one older brother and loving parents. When I was in the eighth grade, I wrote a chapter of a class novel for English. In 2003, for one of my English college classes in college, I had to write a children's book with illustrations. I searched through coloring books for my illustrations when I found the animals of Noah's Ark. I told the story of the animals' journey to the ark and the 40 days of rain. My professor thought very highly of the book and asked if I had simply cut out a children's book and pasted it to my large art book, but I didn't think of publishing the book at that time. My plan was to be a teacher. Shortly after the semester ended, I married my best friend, and two years later, we adopted two boys from the state of Pennsylvania. They are biological brothers, and needed all of my love and attention. I took a long break from college to be a stay-at-home mother to them, which I still do. The only difference now is that I write. Alot. Last year on Mother's Day I had an angry president from the future who wanted to travel back in time and change his history, so I began writing down notes and wrote his story. I am still writing his story, and three other novels. I am a member of the Online Writing Workshop for Science Fiction, Fantasy, and horror writers, better known as OWW, where I post a chapter at a time.
