Background Information

As a longtime Vegan, there was such an importance of educating children early in life on health. I wanted to have them identify with healthy role models such as vegetable characters. I wrote Tommy Tofu Saves The Day, as a story book for kids.

I grew up reading books by Enid Blyton. Her work was such an important part of my childhood.
