I am a Counseling and Involvement Minister at the Melbourne Church of Christ in Florida. I have a wife, Janie and two sons Kenny (21) and Nick (19).

I began writing to tell others about my life as an alcoholic, sinner and just a mutt. I wanted to share  when I came to my senses and realized I was on the road to Hell I needed to change. I thought for sure thats where I was headed. Upon arriving at the Church of Christ and meeting one of the Elders my life was changed in an awesome and eternal way. He introduced me to Jesus, he introduced me to God's word in the Bible. I told this Elder I was Hell bound and nothing could change that. This man said let's see what the Bible has to say. I have found the Bible is a love story between God and I and all his children. I was saved from Hell and will be welcome to Heaven by a loving Father. 

Like it says in Luke God saw me from a distance and came running toward me shoes flying tears falling and eyes filled with love. God threw his arms around me and gave me the Kingdom. Most of all he gave me forgiveness, mercy grace and love. This book has over 290 devotions/reflections to share that forgiveness, mercy grace and love with others. Each story begins with a Bible verse then a short person account or Bible story and brings the Bible into your heart and everyday life. There are stories that are funny, sad, emotional, enlightening, encouraging, and anything else you may want. My style of writing is as if I am sitting in you living room, kitchen or porch sharing story after story. 

 I Hope you enjoy this book. I also hope this book brings the glory to God he richly deserves.
