Poetry comes to me naturally. I started writing on 15th Aug, 2005 and the period lasted for three months. After a long hiatus I started writing from 1st June 2008 and has been continuing since. I have faced lots of trials and tribulations in my life and this bolstered my writing.

I won the first prize in an international poetry competition at www.voicesnet.com in October 2009
for my poem "The Song of Life".
