Information
My name is Thomas Tucker Todd. Born in Elmira, NY and raised in Wilkes-Barre Pa. I came from a poor but loving home where my parents instilled their values of living a good life, the basic honesty of people, the fundamentals of good manners, and a strong moral social etiquet. They had a love of God, but held a hatred for religion that I didn't understand until later in life. Even though my parents lived in the same house until their death, I was stirred by an inexplicable force to discover new places and seek out new adventures. This driving force was the reason behind the following list.
I have had over 90 addresses where I received mail (not including the times I lived with other people)
I have also at times lived on the street and in my car.
I lived in 6 states, traveled through 49, and moved to another country
I had over 65 jobs in my working lifetime (ranging from cleaning toilets, to the trades, to owning and managing businesses)
I hold certificates and diplomas in many trades and occupations (including locksmith, computer science, tractor trailer driving, HVAC technician, red cross instructor, just to name a few)
I have been awarded two honorary doctorate degrees
I attended high school and college (I dropped out of both see footnote)
I have been through two divorces, and the death of a spouse
I am on my fourth marriage
I have fathered five children
I have six grandchildren. I have only seen one of them
In reality I don't like little kids and never have (not even as a little kid)
The adventure continues to this day
footNote: I completed the requirements for A High School Diploma with a GED (General Educational Development or government diploma) I attended college only to improve my work performance by taking several years of engineering courses at HarborCollege in California.
Today finds me living comfortably in the Philipines Islands with my fourth, and hopefuly, final wife. I have been doing extensive writing and research since my move here six years ago. I have self-published several books and I am currently working on my autobiography which I hope to finish by the end of this year (2010)
