I grew up on Lagos Island and attended Holy Cross Catholic School. despite my father's best effort, i was exposed to the best and worst of the island, while my school, especially, my encounter with Mrs. Mbagwu, my teacher in pry. 5, tempered the wild in fluences of the street. Till date my life and works have been shaped by these two influences.
