My name is Michelle Thorpe. I am 23 years old and I have a fiance and a gorgeous little girl. I have been writing for almost a year, and I have self published three of my books. 

My motivation is knowing that I can write and am able to publish my work. Just because I am a mum of a little girl, why should that stop me from having a career and work at home?

My main motivation is though, is the fact that despite the writer's block, and stress  trying to keep my own set deadline, I enjoy writing alot. Once I am absorbed in my work, I am relaxed and chilled- and not worrying about other things.

I am currently publishing my third book, Silence of the hunter, (the sequal to Naked Truth) which will be published on the 1st June 2011.

Now, I am working on the sequal to Silence of the hunter. It's called Saving Magic: The Other Side. Melody arrives in another world, thinking that there is no way back. She grieves for her loss of family and friends. Then, she leaves to save another world- and gets told there is a way home after all- but has to go on another quest to get the magic stone that would allow her to pass through.
