Michael has always had an active imagination. That imagination lead to him making up stories then writing them. Writing for Michael was easy and effortless. He never took his writing seriously until teachers, friends, and mentors showed an interest in his ability. After crafting several short stories, Michael still did not feel the desire to publish.
He is also an avid reader of fiction. Reading was not only a brief escape from life, but also a study in his chosen craft. Author Eric Jerome Dickey had a major influence in developing Michael’s passion to publish. EJD novels spoke to his soul; Michael wanted to write similar stories in his own voice.
In September of 2003, he embarked upon writing his first novel, “My Partner’s Wife.” Upon completion of the Romantic Suspense story, Michael set out to publish his work. Author Richard Jeanty, RJ Publications (RJ Publications.com), gave Michael his first book deal. “My Partner’s Wife” is slated for release in October 2010.
Michael’s vision is to both entertain and educate his readers through his Romantic Suspense novels.
