A lot of my work tends to look at the darker parts of the human mind, and often times my work shows people as being powerless to change their fortunes. Hopefully this will act as a warning to my readers. Some of my work is just plain fun, however, and I certainly don't mind putting my tongue in my cheek from time to time, although I think I've bitten it a few times.

Accomplishments

I've sold more than thirty stories, a couple of articles, one novel, and two short story collections. I've also edited five best of anthologies, an environmental anthology, and I'm currently working on a collection dedicated to the late James Baker.
