Things not working out the way I thought they would gave me plenty of reasons to pause and start reflecting on wider questions. I also received some spiritual healing, around 2000, and things have never felt quite the same since.
I'm interested in what I term self-help spirituality - so it's where self-awareness and spiritual journeying meet and merge

I have 3 books in print including How to Heal with Angels; Namaste; and most recently Finding Your Other Half. Finding Your Other Half is a spiritual journey in which the reader is invited to find themselves. Once you have found yourself the book turns to the finding and development of loving relationships; and from there to finding everybody else which is sometimes referred to as 'oneness'.
