I've always been a letter writer, but didn't start writing in earnest until the year 2000. It was something I'd always wanted to do, but never found the time. I now regret not starting earlier. Writing I find is the easy part, the hardest part is the editing. After a session of editing, I can finish up removing half of my work. However, the end sesult makes it all worth while.
I've had 73 poems published in various magazines around the world and I've also got one book published, which can be purchased from http://stores.lulu.com/john_silkstone either as an e-book or paperback, or you can purchase a signed copy by contacting me.
A friend and I have written four books which have yet to find a publisher, The working titles are:
1. The Immortal Thirteenth Disciple.
2 The Four Keys to Atlantis.
3 Before time Began.
4 The Jesus Cup.
The first three being a trilogy, the fouth one is about one of the main characters in books two and three.
