I discovered my love of poetry while I am pursuing my degree in accounting. Quite by accident. I had been told that I was a good writer but just recently started entertaining writing as a viable career option. I write from a social conscious perspective and all of my writing has a message and a meaning. My goal is to help women embrace and love themselves and develop a positive healthy self esteem which translates into a better mother, sister, friend and lover.
President and First Lady Michelle Obama, Oprah, Warren Buffet and Maya Angelou are among some of the people who have an influence on my life.
