I'm an metal and fused glass artist. Along with producing my art I curate the outdoor sculpture show at the largest state fair in the U.S., the State Fair of Texas. I curate around 50 artists bringing over 100 large outdoor pieces including my own. As my husband says to me often, "If you can weld, you can do anything." Next, self publish a children's book.

When our only child, our son, was about 7 years old, he drew two characters on a paper placemat in a restaurant. He and my husband made up scenarios about the two charcters during dinner and long after. After years of all of us speaking stories about the two characters and their friends, I decided to finally write a book using their concepts. I have an illustrator working on the drawings. Now I'm researching the world of self publishing and marketing.
