Teila Tankersley is a wife and mother of six. She is a freelance writer who has a flair for finding stories, issues and concerns that affect everyday people and making them conversational.

Background Information

Teila Tankersley is author of Harrison High School Pioneers and Alumni, Co-author of Torn Apart / Restored written by Darin Carroll. Co-author of A Heart Held Ransomed written by Stephan Skotko. And, her latest project is a Christian devotional that she co-wrote with Joan M. Koss titled, Bowing Before God.

A freelance writer since 1998, Teila enjoys highligting stories about real people in real situations. People who have overcome the odds and made a difference. She is active in her community and is on the Harrison High School Alumni and Friends board.
