Improvement of himself and others has been a driving force in the life and career of RAYMOND H. SCUDDER. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he has had a distinguished forty-five year career as a human resources and quality improvement professional. He served as vice president of human resources and quality management for one of the largest medical centers in the state of Washington. He founded Human Resources Consulting & Training in 1994 and served as its president until retiring in 2006. Ray and his wife, Jan, live in Lake Stevens, Washington.
