I love to collect neat stories to tell people. They must be true, they must be unusual or little-known, and they will leave you looking at yourself, at people and at the world in a different way.

My new book is "Writers Gone Wild: The Feuds, Frolics and Follies of Literature's Great Adventurers, Drunkards, Lovers, Iconoclasts and Misanthropes." It's a collection of 200 stories and anecdotes about the great writers, their lives, loves, tragedies and successes.
