Anita Waggoner is an award winning, published author. Born in the State of Washington, she now resides in Phoenix, Arizona where she writes stories and screenplays.
She has written three novels and recently released a revised edition to Farewell to Freedom in January 2013. Charleston Cheat was released in June 2012. A third novel The Ranch at Coyote Springs was released in January 2013. The original Farewell to Freedom was released in December 2010. Farewell to Freedom has received five star reviews and won for Best Fiction in the 2011 National Indie Excellence Book Awards contest. Anita was also named a winner in the 2011 Author Show contest “50 Great Authors You Should Be Reading.” Her screenplay Farewell to Freedom was a preliminary finalist in the 2014 Creative World Awards contest.
