I live and work in New Zealand. I live with my wife, son and menagerie on a small plot of land in the middle of no where, surrounded by forest. I have written many things, with The Day Of Legion, being my first published novel. My influences include: Michael Crichton, Michael Connolly and Stephen King. I read a lot of fiction and non fiction from authors I find on shelves everywhere I go. The Day Of Legion is a horror novel, a year in the writing.
I love to read and write horror/paranormal stories. I entwine fact, fiction and ideas that pop into my head at 3 in the morning. Demons, angels, devils and man and the way they are all in our lives everyday, even if we don't know it.
I have included incidents in my life in this novel and I firmly believe I experienced those times as a lesson in my life to be who I am supposed to be.
I am intrigued by evil and darkness and the light that battles it. I am fascinated by the evil men do and am staggered that evil men and women don't realise that one day they will be judged.
I believe life is magical and we should relish every day we are here!!
I am currently writing my second 'best seller' (hopefully). I have always wanted to write a novel about surviving in a post apocolyptic world. It seems to be heading towards zombies, but I'm not sure yet. Either way, lots of horror, pain and death! Oh, and a little humor.
