Married, six children, five grandchildren. I love to write, cook and bake. I enjoy fishing and camping. I hope everyone enjoys my books.

Background Information

My major influence in my life was my dad. He was a wonderful friend who always had faith in me. I grew up watching westerns on television with him. He was a very kind and gentle man. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He passed away in December 1984. I miss him alot. It was he who inspired my first book "The Last Cowboy." I know he would have loved it.

My newest book will be out soon. "Mamaw's Bedtime Stories" was inspired by my grandchildren. They are stories I tell them at night before they go to sleep. They will say."Tell us the story about Simon mamaw." and ofcourse I do. So I know you will enjoy, and your kids will enjoy reading about Simon's great adventure and about Whispering Forest.
