I have been writing for over 40 years, I started when I was 8 and wrote stories about Russian Princesses in troikas travelling through deep snow. I wrote a novel at 21 and another at 28 and my third novel is "The Keeper of Secrets." I have a book of short stories, "Stirred Not Shaken", a book of my Father's war letters, "Our Father's War" and the first in my wine crime trilogy "In Vino Veritas" on both sites as well. All three are in Smashwords Premiere Catalogue so are available whereever they distribute.
A word about 'The Keeper of Secrets.' I've unpublished it at Amazon and Smashwords because I have signed a contract with Harper Collins USA and it will be published as a Trade Paperback, under the William Morrow imprint, due out June 1st 2013. And it will be re-released as an ebook as well. So I'm sorry, you can't buy it at the moment, but in time, it will be in all the major chains and independents everywhere!!
I have FACEBOOK FAN page for me and for 'The Keeper of Secrets'. Please pop over and have a look, there is some really interesting background info on the book.

I've been in the media for 25 years, in radio, TV and film and had my own production company, but last year I decided it was time for a change. So I sold my house in Auckland (North Island of New Zealand) and moved about two hours south to Cambridge, which is a lovely rural English style village with a village green and lots of horses and people who ride bicycles with baskets in front. I absolutely LOVE it here and have found I am very happy being creative. I have time to write and knit and cook and paint and play with my highly intelligent and manipulative cat.
My major influences are classics, I love Jane Austen and Charles Dickens. I also love crime fiction, both historical and modern. I grew up loving James Bond/Ian Flemming and that is reflected in the first story in my book of short stories, "Stirred not Shaken." I was also deeply influenced by my late Dad who was a marvellous writer. I have all the letters he wrote home during his posting to the RAF, he was a Spitfire pilot in WWII. I have turned them into a non-fiction book, "Our Father's War.". One of the short stories in "Shaken" is based on his diary as he sailed to England, it started out as a holiday cruise and ended watching Liverpool burn and hearing men scream in the water.
So that is me, please feel free to browse the links and have a look at my work.
