Background Information

I was born and raised in the Metro Washington D.C. Area and I have been writing ever since I was in eighth grade along with my cousin, Denice Parker nee White. We started to write Star Trek Romances and since then I have branched out to writing romance, historical romance, children's and non-fiction writing.
My major influences in creative writing were Jean Plaidy, Margaret Campbell Barnes, Norah Lofts, and Maureen Peters.
My modern influences are: Robin Cook and Stephen King.

Additional Information

I have written a prequel to Frances Hodgson Burnett Classic "The Secret Garden" called Lily and The Sequel Called "Return To Misselthwaite Manor Book One." I completed last year's competition in 2011 National Novel Writing Month.
