C J has been writing since high school when she knew she wanted to be a professional writer. After several ups and downs, she's settled in to writing short stories, poetry and novels. Her first two novels are romance, but not the mushy stuff found in the BIG publishers lists. She likes to think of them as being a little more realistic, a little more like Nicholas Sparks novels--just good stories. She is currently working on a third novel about a young girl with strict parents who don't approve of her dating boys. They send her to a Catholic school which is actually a convent with dark overtones.
When not writing, C J enjoys her nine cats, two dogs and husband of 26 years.
