I have traveled many roads. Sometimes I have walked alone other times I have not. There have been those that have helped me along the way and times when there were those that tried to pull me backwards. Whatever the case, this is my journey and I love it.

Background Information

I have a background. Don't we all? What has made me "more me" than anything else is that I started a journey when I was but thirteen. That was the year that my dad died and the year that a poet was born in me.

I've had lots of influences along the way. When I first started writing poetry, I would have to say that Robert Frost inspired me. When I started writing stories, it was Stephen King. When I started to branch out into songs, it was my fiance, Revonda. Through out all the branches of this tree, it has always been my mother.

Accomplishments

I attended the Tennessee Governor's School for the Humanities. It was here that I was introduced to many different froms of creativity.

Additional Information

I have many songs that are about to be released on a new bluegrass album. I am also currently writing my first novel.
