Background Information

I was born and raised in Pikeville, Kentucky on July 9th, 1960. I have three brothers and two sisters who still live in Kentucky. I married and moved to Michigan in 1975. I have four grown children and five grandchildren as of now.

Some of my majors influences are God, my mother, Velma Trivette, and my grandmother, Lizzie Maynard. They loved me unconditionally and gave me the inspiration I needed to succeed. My children also gave me encouragement and motivation to keep moving forward.
