An artist, engineer and a poet,  I wrote technical manuals for a living. I wrote standards and procedures used by industry and the U.S. Military. I write short stories and poems. I edit the work of others and feel that I am influenced by every writer I've ever had the pleasure of reading. Some have made a much greater imression than others. I can't possibly list them all, so we'll have to settle for a miniscule, abridged list. 

Currently editing a soon to be published first novel by James Meuninck. The book, Into the Haze is a story of a U.S. Army Airforce pilot in the Pacific theater during WWII. The main character crash lands his craft in the jungle covered mountains of New Guinea and survives in the company of an Aussie deserter and a native child.

This is another site that showcases my photo work. The pictures here are more straight forward. The descriptions are an opportunity to quote writers who have made statements that fit the pictures and to stretch my writing muscles in connection with the art.
