I caught the writing bug while in the army. I went to night classes to learn to type. Taking advantage of the GI Bill, I enrolled in FWS (Famous Writers School). I fell in love, got married, was blessed with two daughters and I studied and wrote novels, but never published until 2011: 

My first novel, Casey's World, came to me while researching the Civil War years and slavery. My second novel, also published in 2011, The Forest of Good and Evil, came about when Nell and I thought that we wanted to move into the Ocala National Forest where her sister lived. As we scouted for a home, I thought, what if we moved next door to evil people? My third novel The O'Brian Saga, more about the Civil War years and slavery, shall be published soon. My fourth novel is well underway. I truly hope you enjoy my books as much as I enjoy writing them.
