Background Information

I decided to write my book because I see so many people struggling to lose weight. Millions of people want to lose weight, but just can't seem to shed the fat. The obesity rate is getting worse every year. I have been into bodybuilding for 33 years. Hopefully, I can help some people melt the fat off and feel their best. The book is a quick guide of practical fat-loss strategies for people who are struggling to lose weight. I tried to make it very motivational.
