Background Information

I have always loved reading, literature, stories, language and words. I was exposed to Dickens, Tolstoy, King James Bible, and vast amounts of fiction and non-fiction in my childhood. I ended up being a teacher and worked in education for over 30 years but my heart was always in the creative arts, drawing, painting and writing.

Within the last 5 or 6 years, I have written two light detective stories, two short to be published as novels. I read these in installments a local coffee house and was asked to do another season's reading. I am working on other writing projects as well.
