Kaye George, writer of novels, short stories, and reviews, lives in Knoxville, TN. She belongs to Sisters in Crime Guppies.

Background Information

Kaye has been making up stories since she could hold a crayon. Certainly before she could write them down. It wasn't until about ten years ago that she was able to devote herself, full-time, to getting publshed. She succeeded at last  and now has three books out in the Imogene Duckworthy mystery series, plus the first book in the Cressa Carraway Musical Mystery Series. Her People of the Wind Neanderthal series starts in June of 2013. She's written lots and lots of short stories and, amazingly (to her), has gotten most of them published.

Now that she is agented by BookEnds Literary, she hopes to reach many more readers, and also to keep putting out Imogene books on her own. The best of both worlds!

Accomplishments

Two Agatha nominations, one for Best Short Story of 2009 and one for Best First Novel of 2011.
