I began writing about as soon as I could hold a pencil. I made use of every opportunity I could to practice my craft--school newspapers, community and church newsletters, local newspapers. Slowwwwwly I began to be paid for my work, eventually publishing six books in the juvenile field with traditional publishers. I've done some self-publishing in paperback form and now am moving into the digital age with the publication of an ebook. Aside from my kids and grandkids, my proudest moment was when Disney selected one of my novels, Me Two, as the basis for their Disney Channel Move, The Other Me. (Catch it on YouTube!)
