a leading eContent services and technology provider
that has been serving the library, publishing, and corporate markets.
At ebrary.com Miller helped make the idea a reality, assisting in creating
the business plan and business model, developing the stock structure,
negotiating venture capital agreements, setting up the company's infrastructure,
hiring key employees and setting company goals and objectives.
Prior to ebrary.com, Miller worked with and advised
owners of various companies both large and small.

Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, Consulting and Service.
Prior to college,
Miller served in the United States Army stationed in Germany.
Miller attended the University of San Diego High School, 1986,
