Background Information

The author was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada but has spent more years in the west than anywhere else. The armed forces had a major role in developing and honing his skills before he moved into law enforcement in Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

Experience in Patrol, Major Crime, Community Policing, Traffic, Training, Emergency Response Team, and Road Supervisor culminated in the position of Station Commander.

The author has been recognized by the Governor General of Canada for his forty-two years of meritorious service in law enforcement across Canada.

Needless to say, the years of experience has been put to use in the author's writing. Whether it is back room police politics or up-front in your face excitement, the author draws on the years of interaction with people from all walks of life.
