Although I don't have a specific background in writing, it is something that has played a prevelant part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Growing up, I remember sitting beside my Grandmother and reading Walk Whitman's, "The Raggedy Man" and the poetry of A.A. Milne. Those were my first real experiences of how words could leave such vivid impressions.
I have many who have inspired me, but I find that my own life experiences & dreams are where I find the most subjects about which to write.
I am a dyed-in-the-wool romantic and it shows through in all my work. I like writing in the romance genre although I do dabble outside of it occasionally. But when it comes down to it, my heart speaks volumes and I can't turn a deaf ear.
