"Sooner or later you are going to have to take a risk. You cant outwit fate by trying to stand in the sidelines and place little side bets about the outcome of life.
Either you wade in and risk everything to play the game or you dont play at all.
And if you dont play, you just cant win."

Im a freelance write from Pakistan...I've always been asked if I have writers somewhere in my family tree. "Nope" has been my usual reply until now when rummaging through my father's study room, I discovered a few writers, including my Great Grandfather and his son. Khawaja Kamalud Din wrote several books including the famous paper from the Wembley Conference, "The Basic Principles of Islam". Khwaja Nazir Ahmad contributed numerous works of comparative religious studies, world history and linguistics while being once nominated for the Nobel. His book "Jesus in Heaven on Earth" is a well-known classic and has been called a "scholar's paradise". So hey, the talent doesn't come from nowhere after all ;)

Hey hey!!!
Thanks for visiting my homepage. I'm a freelancing writer allllll the way from Pakistan. (By now you probably do know exactly where it is)
It's said that to read a writer, know who the writer is. Well, here's me! I love anything adventurous and like being on the move, have a passion for horse riding, ground shaking music, heavy bikes, violins, and also love to dance. Besides being a fitness freak; independence, self-expression, denims and tea spell out survival for me. I dislike conservative and boring people and abhor too many rules and regulations, specially cultural norms!
Writing comes to me as naturally as chewing gum and I enjoy reading and sketching as a pastime; that's exactly why I'm here, perhaps you too. Influences in my write-ups possibly come from my favorite authors and poets. Khalil Gibran is an all time favorite . Besides the various articles here covering politics, human rights and societal issues, you will also find a few fictional stories adapted from real life experiences. My favorites are the 'Celestial Visit' and 'The Siren Of The Sea'. Oh yes, tons of poems too... thanks to my more amazing sources of inspiration or reasons to vent. Some poems might give a weird 'feel'...but then thats a 'feel' let out and done with!
Nature has somehow always blended automatically into things I write about, as you shall hopefully see. Enjoy browsing here on Authorsden and if you have time to spare, please do leave your comments. Cheers and thanks!!!
