I come from an artistic family of mostly drawn art not written work. A family broken like many but yet unique in it's own way. My childhood and teenage years are most of the inspiration to my work, although I have much to write about as a mother and wife. My personal influences are my immediate family and my husband's aunt for whom without her I may never have pursued my ambition to share my deepest thoughts. My writing has been my "therapy" to make it through the hard times and to come out "normal" whatever that might be. Born in Maryland; I have lived in East Tennessee for 2 years with my family. I am married 15 years this year and have 3 lovely children.

I have written one small book of poetry; I PROMISE, for which has been published and though more a trial for future adventures, I am very proud of what I am accomplishing. I also have written and copyrighted 6 poems that are listed on Poetry.com. And I have over 150 poems written of all catagories. I currently am working on a non-fiction book and I write poems often as they come to mind or when the "mood" throws the words off my fingers from pen to paper.
