The first book in the series, The Road to Kotaishi, was published in 2002, with the second installment, The Sands of Sabakushi, in 2005. The third and final in the series, The Pool of Shikama, arrived in March 2009. In addition to my writing I also create digital art, having sold numerous works for use as published book covers as well as exhibiting and selling my works at local convention art shows. I've been a fantasy reader for many years, influenced by many of the prominent names in the field, including Anne McCaffrey, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Robin Hobb, and many others.
