Judy Mammay is a retired special education teacher who has recently started her second career as a children's book writer.

Background Information

Kids need to hear about experiences similar to those they may have. After retiring from teaching special education, I decided I needed something to do. There also were many things I wanted to share with children, so I decided to become a writer. My first book, 'Knowing Joseph', will be released in June 2007. My second book, 'It's Time,' will also be released in 2007.

Editor of Literary Liftoff, a literary magazine published by Space Coast Writers' Guild in Florida. Published in KidTime Magazine and The Autism Perspective magazine (TAP).
