background in art, art therapy, and social work. have also studied philosophy at graduate level. have been writing my entire life...at first it was just letters to my grandmother...now it is to understand and as cathartic release...but mostly when poems ask to be written. a love of nature and an insatiable curiosity in the human condition are my sources of literary inspiration.
