I was born and raised in Wyoming. To the vast majority this seems to post a flashing sign above my head that says either "hick" or "cowgirl". To others it poses the question, "Wyoming? Isn't that somewhere in Montana or Canada?" I graduated from Newcastle High School and from there went on to a mission supported school in LaGrange, WY called Frontier School of the Bible. Coming from a very legalistic church background, I carried a "backpack" that weighed a ton! Certain professors at Frontier not only opened my eyes to the truth of the Bible, but also opened my eyes to God's grace and His mission for you in your life. This not only allowed me to loose the "backpack", but to gain an entirely new perspective on life. It was my second year at FSB that I realized God wanted me to pursue the very thing I always thought I was inept at doing. Writing! I am still very much a beginner in the world of writing. Currently, I'm writing a series set in 10th Century Ireland. I am interested in learning more about publication and how to correctly present my work to an editor and a publishing house. My writing is primarily geared for young adults. But I believe it’s intriguing enough to pull in an older audience as well.

No awards to mention. As I said before, I am not currently published (though I would very much like to be!) and have no credits or certifications to my name.

I am currently researching several publication houses to find out if there is a field of interest for my novels, and or if there is a certain niche that I can fit them into.
