Ray was educated in England and has a B.A. in Industrial Management and an MBA in Business Administration. He has held senior management positions in project controls, construction and project management associated with the engineering and construction industry. Ray has held leadership positions in the Project Management Institute, American Association of Cost Engineers, the Greater New Orleans and the Houston Business Roundtable. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Institute of Management in the UK. Ray has published and presented many papers, notably to the Greater New Orleans and Houston Business Roundtable, Rice and Texas A&M University, AACEI, IM, and PMI. Ray currently teaches Project Management at U of H and Rice University. He is the author of five books including one on Project Management.
