"Easy reading is damned hard writing" Nathaniel Hawthorne When did eating become so complicated? The mystique surrounding food, and all that it implies. Inspired by my niece, I wrote a book in memory of my father who passed of colon cancer. Now, I have you in mind :)

Background Information

The younger of two sisters, of Welsh and French heritage, mother of one, I was born in France and raised in Paris (France) , Chatham and Toronto (Ontario) , and Montreal (Quebec).
A Naturopath (ND), Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN), and Certified Sports Nutrition Consultant (CSNC), I have always been passionate about health, fitness, nutrition, and the environment.
Best known for my humour, creativity, and commitment to a holistic approach to health, I am now consulting and writing about a heartfelt topic.

Accomplishments

I am a Naturopath (ND), a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN), and a Certified Sports Nutrition Consultant (CSNC). And... I wrote and published a book.
