Bert G. Osterberg is the father of three children and has lived and worked in the Detroit, Michigan area all his life. He is the former Telecommunications Manager of the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department and is the author of several works. He serves as the Executive Director of the Christian Compass Ministries, a preaching and teaching ministry and is in demand for local pulpit supply.
Married to the former Armaine Yvonne Lacen, Mister Osterberg is a history buff who shares his love of history in his books and historical presentations. He regularly presents talks to school, youth and civic groups about a variety of historic topics, always with a great deal of humor.
