What I am about to say represents 1 billionth of the worlds opinion.

Background Information

I have been writing since the first time I could pick up a pencil. From school book reports, to short stories, to teenage angst poems, to essays and opinion pieces...now poetry. The form, prose or poem, derives from what I write about; the piece dictates the form. It may be serious or humorous, crystal clear or symbolic. I write because I am a writer.

Additional Information

I actively write for a poetry journal: a column titled "How to Rite Reely Gud"; interviews with poets; occasional opinion pieces, and; a few poems. Currently I am an officer in our state poetry society and edit their quarterly newsletter.
