I joined the Navy at 15 and trained as an Electronic Technician, specialising in cryptographic, digital cypher equipment, and radio frequency communications. After 20 Years of service, I entered the real world and found my niche as a Technical Author. I worked in the Defence Electronics industry managing Technical Documentation projects before moving into IT Applications as a master of User Assistance.
