"First Outstanding Carolist of the New Millennium"
- Prof. William E. Studwell, international authority on Christmas carols.
"The American Organist"
Raised in a Catholic orphanage, Ron was inspired by nuns singing carols at his first Midnight Mass. Years later he began assembling a large library of Christmas music and at the same time always intrigued by the question "When did Christmas music begin?"
Urged by family and friend to pursue his dream to create "the ultimate Christmas music collection,"
Ron began the authorship of "The Millennia Collection" in 1989. His aim was to elevate the entire genre and to create exquisite Christmas music gifts. He acomplished this by fusing magnificent Christmas art from the world's great museums andf libraries with the fascinating history and stories behind holiday carols and songs, including as well Christmas music CDs with sensational performances by world-renowned choirs, orchestras, and solists. Two of his first three packages include stylish Songbooks.
But it took eleven years before Ron realized he would have to self- publish to achieve his goal because no publisher wanted anything to do with such an ambitious concept loaded with copyright issues. As a result, "Best-Loved Christmas Carols," the first volume of the collection, was launched from Ron's family assets. Within the next two years he published volumes two and three titled "American Christmas Classics," and "Children's Christmas Classics." The rest is history.
Ron earned his BA Journalism from George Washington University, is married to a wonderful women and supportive wife (she's my role model).
Besides the nus who raised him, he was also influenced by a high school English teacher who loved music, especially classical and jazz, and by the lives of great leaders and eminent people of letters.

WTBF FM Radio
Author of highly acclaimed "Best-Loved Christmas Carols," "American Christmas Classics," and "Children's Christmas Classics." These are first
three volumes of "THE MILLENNIA COLLECTION: Glorious Christmas Music, Songs, and Carols," a planned series of nine titles on the topic of Christmas music.
This collection contains not only one of the most comprehensive and finest collections
of Christmas Music, including its History and Song Lyrics, but also one of the finest
collections of Christmas Art. Ultimately, the collection "will raise the entire genre of
Christmas music," according to the late Paul Gottlieb the former CEO of Harry N. Abrams, Inc., a highly respected publisher of art books.
A recent book review of "American Christmas Classics" by the "Choral Journal" issued by The Choral Directors of America favored this second volume from "The Millennia Collection" compared to a number of Christmas music collections offered by Time-Life and Reader's Digest.
In the works is "Sacred Christmas Music," which together with the first three volumes further answers the intriguing question: "When did Christmas music begin."
For the 2006 Christmas season, Sterling Publishing has licensed and published another version of Ron's first volume: "Best-Loved Christmas Carols." It is quite a lovely version but differing in some respects because it does not come as a boxed set, nor does it contain a Songbook. But the beautiful interior art and text are the same.
