Shane Kinsey is the pseudonym for Steve Rush, a senior forensic investigator for a national consulting firm in the field of Forensic and Environmental Pathology and Medicine based in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia.
He is considered an expert in crime scene reconstruction. He has lectured extensively in areas pertaining to Death Investigation, including Blood Spatter Analysis and Recovery of Human Skeletal Remains.
He is former chairperson of the Child Fatality Review Sub-Committee in Cobb County, Georgia, and was part of the development team for “Quincy,” a computer software program designed for medical examiners/coroners.
His first novel, Facade, was released by Wings ePress in November 2010, also available at Amazon, Kindle and Fictionwise.
