An assortment of things inspire me to write. What I see and hear can turn anything into a story, article, etc. My first story, for instance, is based a vocabulary unit for group of fifth graders. It began as a fill-in-the-blank activity, using their 20 spelling words. Now, it has been published. For an upcoming family reunion, I am compiling a family cookbook based upon favorite family recipes from family members. I am also working on two additional stories, one based upon a dog I've met at a local kennel,one from an idea that my husband has given me and the other based upon one of my cats.
