Although I began and continue to write teen romance under my real name of Tonya Ramagos, I've always dreamed of writing my own mystery novels. My inspiration for writing mysteries derived from watching hit TV shows such as Murder She Wrote and Matlock but I never thought I would be able to actually write a mystery of my own. I was always to afraid my story wouldn't be mysterious enough. But thanks to the support and encouragement of my family I finally decided to give the mystery world a shot. Lo and behold my first mystery, MURDEROUS GREED, was accepted on the spot by ebooksonthe.net in March 2000. I guess I have a mysterious streak in me after all.
